Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your stack. If something isn't quite right, please review our policy below for hassle-free returns.

Eligibility Window

To qualify for a full refund, all return requests must meet the following criteria:

Initiation: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (the return window starts the day tracking shows the Delivered status).
Ship Back Deadline: Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting the return request.
Split Orders: For orders received in separate packages, the 7-day window begins on the day of the final package delivery.

Return Process & Fees

Condition	Details
Shipping & Handling	Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping	Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a damaged item.
Non-Compliant Returns	Orders returned without meeting the above 7-day initiation and ship-back deadlines are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
Processing Time	Please allow thedripstack 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the return. We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm the action taken.
